Making A Purchase
We have tried to ensure that making a purchase is as simple as possible.
Just browse our store, and after noting any advice on sizing or colour that we have provided, add selected items into the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your order.
We accept credit card payment through the Internet by "World Pay" which ensures your credit card details are secure; these details are never communicated to us. We accept American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard. You can also advise us of your credit card information via phone, fax, or pay by cheque.
We do not ship any garment until the payment has been cleared by World Pay.

Shipping And Handling
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Value Added Tax at 17.5% is only applicable to European Union customers other orders are VAT free and both prices are indicated on our pages.
Confirmation that we have received your order should be received by return email. The goods are then physically checked to ensure they are available and in perfect condition for you and that the description and prices are accurate. An Invoice will then be issued or any queries that we may have will be communicated to you at this point.
This transaction will then be completed under United Kingdom Law.
All orders are shipped free world wide using our Standard delivery service.
When requested Premium delivery service for the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is charged at £5.
When requested Premium delivery service overseas is by DHL is charged at £25.

Delivery Schedule
Our target is to send out orders received on any working day by 10am on that same day.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
All other orders are VAT free with of course any overseas Taxes or Duties being your responsibliity.

Credit Card Security
World Pay, who are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, handles our online payment process.
Your details are entered on a secure section of our site run by World Pay.
Your credit card and personal details are encrypted and only ever get viewed by World Pay.
We receive from them details of your address, phone and email address, the amount they have received from you and verification that the credit card payment has been processed satisfactorily.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will never be disappointed with our goods but in the event that you are, please return them to us within 14 days for replacement or exchange; for a full and immediate refund we use the same method as the earlier transaction.
We hope to advise you the day the goods arrive back how we are best able to proceed with any further instructions you may have.
Please note - the goods are your responsibility until they have arrived at our store, therefore we recommend that you use an insured delivery service.
