Introducing the Barra 4ply full zip cardigan from Robert Old's exclusive cashmere collection.

Knitted using a super-premium quality 28s Scottish cashmere yarn. The Barra is finished with a handsome contrasting inner collar and a metal two way toggle zip.

The Barra full zip cashmere sweater is made in Scotland and is available in an array of fantastic cashmere colours, that are updated seasonally.

  • A durable warm cashmere quality
  • 100% Scottish Cashmere
  • Unique 4ply Cashmere - knitted using 28s yarn
  • 15 Gauge
  • Welted turnback cuffs, waist band and collar
  • Contrasting cashmere trim colour in collar
  • Classic inset sleeve shape
  • Typically, a size 42” will weigh approximately 520 grams

Sizing Reference:

  • Our sizes correspond to a gentleman's chest measurement.
  • Designed for a comfortable 'Classic' fit, with approximately 4 inches of additional space over the chest measurement for ease and flexibility.

How to Measure Your Chest:

  • Use a measuring tape to measure just below the arms and around the body, ensuring the tape is snug but not tight.
  • For example, a 44-inch (112 cm) chest measurement corresponds to a size 44 Cashmere Sweater, which will have a finished chest measurement of 48 nches to provide extra comfort.

For a Tailored Fit:

  • I fyou prefer a closer, more tailored fit, we recommend ordering one sizesmaller than your actual chest measurement.

(Top Tip!) Measuring a Favourite Sweater:

  • Lay your favourite sweater flat on a surface.
  • Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit without applying any tension.
  • Multiply this measurement by two to determine the chest size. Share this measurement with us, and we’ll gladly help you choose the right size!
