Taxes & Duties

Orders being shipped outside the UK will automatically have the VAT removed once your enter your shipping address at checkout.

However, your local authorities may require you to settle taxes and, potentially, duties upon package arrival. Please note that Robert Old cannot influence these charges. It's important to be aware that exemption limits might be determined by trade agreements between the exporting and importing countries.

Responsibility for duties and taxes lies solely with the customer; Robert Old bears no liability for any taxes or duties arising from your order.

Unpaid Duties, Taxes or Proceessing Fees - Any unpaid duties will mean your order will not be delivered and may be returned by our shipping partner (i.e., DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail).

Robert Old therefore will be obliged to refund your order less any costs incurred during the shipping process. Where required, you are able to request a breakdown of the costs.

When returning goods outside of the UK please ensure that 'Returned Goods' is clearly written on the shipment and customs forms.

Failure to declare a returned shipment as returned goods might result in shipment charges being incurred at importation. Robert Old will reject any parcel with impending import charges.
