- Once your shipping destination is confirmed, the total will automatically update, reflecting the VAT deduction for eligible locations.

Note: Some customers may see the "Excluding VAT" price at the product stage. This can be adjusted by selecting your preferred currency and ensuring that you're logged into your account.
Non UK Taxes & Duties
For orders shipped outside the UK, VAT will be automatically removed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Please note that your local customs authorities may require you to pay taxes and, in some cases, import duties when your package arrives. These charges are beyond Robert Old’s control. Additionally, exemption limits may vary depending on trade agreements between the exporting and importing countries.
The responsibility for settling any applicable taxes and duties rests solely with the customer. Robert Old cannot be held liable for any fees incurred upon delivery.
Unpaid Taxes & Duties
Unpaid Duties, Taxes or Processing Fees - Any unpaid duties will mean your order will not be delivered and may be returned by our shipping partner (i.e., DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail).
Robert Old therefore will be obliged to refund your order less any costs incurred during the shipping process. Where required, you are able to request a breakdown of the costs.
Returned Goods
When returning goods outside of the UK please ensure that 'Returned Goods' is clearly written on the shipment and customs forms.
Failure to declare a returned shipment as returned goods might result in shipment charges being incurred at importation. Robert Old will reject any parcel with impending import charges.
