Filson - Denim Jac-Shirt Fleece Lined
Part shirt, part jacket, this heavyweight denim layer is a versatile choice for colder days when a traditional overshirt is not quite enough.
Made from substantial 15-oz. cotton denim, it has the structure and durability you would expect from classic workwear, with enough weight to help cut through cold winds. The body is lined with high-pile fleece for added warmth, while the sleeves use quilted polyester insulation to keep bulk to a minimum and make layering more comfortable.
We particularly like the straightforward shirt-style cut, which gives the piece a cleaner silhouette than a conventional insulated jacket. Side-seam slits at the hem allow for easier movement, while button-flap chest pockets keep everyday essentials secure and close to hand.
A practical winter layer with plenty of character, it works equally well over a T-shirt or knitwear and can be worn as a lightweight jacket in its own right.
