The Tobermorey 4ply cashmere v-neck men's sweater is one of the key pieces from Robert Old's cashmere collection.
This sweater seems almost unique to the market in the quality of cashmere fibre and production of the garment. Designed in a classic V-neck shape, featuring inset sleeves, welted cuffs and a welted waistband.
Knitted using a super premium quality 28s Scottish cashmere yarn, made from the finest under-hair of the Mongolian cashmere goat's coat.
The Tobermorey cashmere sweater is manufactured in Scotland by highly skilled craftsmen using a combination of modern technology and traditional hand finishing techniques.

Fit & Sizing
Our sweater sizes correspond to your actual chest measurement. The garments are designed with a comfortable Classic Fit, allowing approximately 4 inches (10 cm) of ease through the chest for comfort and movement.
How to Measure Your Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just below the arms. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug, but not tight.
As a guide, if your chest measures 44 inches (112 cm), we would recommend a size 44. The finished garment will measure approximately 48 inches around the chest, providing the intended Classic Fit.
Prefer For a Tailored Fit?
If you prefer a neater, more tailored silhouette, you may wish to choose one size smaller than your usual chest size.
Top Tip: Measure a Sweater You Already Own
For the most reliable comparison:
- Lay a well-fitting sweater flat.
- Measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, without stretching the fabric.
- Double this measurement to find the garment’s full chest measurement.
